Je teda logick\u00e9, \u017ee som g\u00e1zu okolo hrdla f\u013ea\u0161e upevnila gumi\u010dkou. N\u00e1sledne som ich 3x denne prepl\u00e1chla vodou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zelen\u00e9 mungo fazu\u013eky za\u010dali kl\u00ed\u010di\u0165 u\u017e po 24 hodin\u00e1ch. Po 2 d\u0148och je u\u017e nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 a vhodn\u00e9 na konzum\u00e1ciu. S\u00fa r\u00fdchlo vypestovan\u00e9, pln\u00e9 vitam\u00ednov, miner\u00e1lov a vl\u00e1kniny &#8211; \u010do ocen\u00edme hlavne v zime a na jar, kedy tej \u010derstvej zeleniny nem\u00e1me pr\u00e1ve najviac. Tepelnou \u00fapravou zjemnia, a v kombin\u00e1cii s \u00faden\u00fdm tofu s\u00fa skvel\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prid\u00e1vam teda dva, ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle, chutn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 recepty, lebo aj adzuki m\u00e1 podobn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky ako popisujem pri mungo fazuli, navy\u0161e je vhodnou potravinou pri prevencii vzniku osteopor\u00f3zy (tu ale pripomeniem d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 prevencie upraven\u00fdm jed\u00e1lni\u010dkom) a navy\u0161e podporuje tvorbu svaloviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri prvom som polovicu \u00faden\u00e9ho tofu nastr\u00fahala, kr\u00e1tko som ho orestovala na citr\u00f3novou so\u013eou ochutenom olivovom oleji (recept na citr\u00f3nov\u00fa so\u013e som pridala v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom pr\u00edspevku), pridala som tam kl\u00ed\u010dky adzuki a po 2-3 min\u00fatkach som ich odstavila zo zdroja tepla. Ak si takto upraven\u00e9 tofu prid\u00e1te k mojim cestovin\u00e1m s kaler\u00e1bom, chutia ako slaninkou ochuten\u00e9 kapustov\u00e9 cestoviny <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Lebo ako u\u017e viete, moje recepty vyzeraj\u00fa ako klasick\u00e9, chutia ako klasick\u00e9, ale ich \u00fa\u010dinok na na\u0161e telo je blahod\u00e1rny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druh\u00fa polovicu tofu som vyu\u017eila na pr\u00edpravu ve\u010dere. Postup pr\u00edpravy tofu a kl\u00ed\u010dkov adzuki je ten ist\u00fd ako pri prvom recepte s t\u00fdm rozdielom, \u017ee som tofu nakr\u00e1jala na mal\u00e9 kocky. E\u0161te hor\u00face som ich primie\u0161ala do \u013eadov\u00e9ho \u0161al\u00e1tu, poliala olivov\u00fdm olejom, pridala som \u0161tipku \u010derstvo namlet\u00e9ho \u010dierneho korenia. Dochutila som ho mand\u013eami a sezamov\u00fdmi semia\u010dkami &#8211; vynikj\u00facimi zdrojmi v\u00e1pnika.
