Chcela by som zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee 28\u010dka je len \u00favod do mojej stravovacej filozofie. \u00davod pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed sa rozhodli pre trval\u00fa zmenu stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vykov.<br \/>\nZmena, ktor\u00e1 v\u00e1m prinesie trval\u00e9 zm<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">eny v tom ako vyzer\u00e1te a ako sa c\u00edtite, ak to chcete.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1vrat do p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vykov V\u00e1m sk\u00f4r \u010di nesk\u00f4r prinesie ten ist\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd ste zmenou stravovania chceli vyrie\u0161i\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Aj preto V\u00e1m odpor\u00fa\u010dam pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 si v\u0161etky moje knihy &#8211; Najedzte sa do \u0161t\u00edhlosti 1,2,3. Popisujem v nich ako m\u00e1te pokra\u010dova\u0165 po skon\u010den\u00ed 28\u010dky (princ\u00edpy delenej stravy, schod\u00edkov\u00e1 met\u00f3da, 5:2).<\/p>\n<p>28-d\u0148ov\u00fd stravovac\u00ed program som zostavila tak, aby obsahoval vysok\u00fd podiel vl\u00e1kniny, miner\u00e1lnych l\u00e1tok a vitam\u00ednov, jedl\u00e1 v \u0148om maj\u00fa preva\u017ene n\u00edzky glykemick\u00fd index. Vyhla som sa v \u0148om aj kombin\u00e1cii bielkov\u00edn a sacharidov, lebo si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee toto je najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed d\u00f4vod naru\u0161enia acidobazickej rovnov\u00e1hy (tzv. prekyslenia) organizmu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve preto sa v 28 d\u0148ovom programe vyskytuj\u00fa ve\u013emi \u010dasto zelerov\u00e9 hranol\u010deky, hlavne v jeho tre\u0165om t\u00fd\u017edni.<\/p>\n<p>Zeler, a z neho vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 zelerov\u00e9 hranol\u010deky, s\u00fa bohat\u00e9 na miner\u00e1lne l\u00e1tky a vitam\u00edny a z\u00e1rove\u0148 obsahuj\u00fa m\u00e1lo kal\u00f3ri\u00ed. S\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 ako potravinov\u00fd doplnok aj pre chor\u00fdch na cukrovku, preto\u017ee zni\u017euj\u00fa obsah cukru v krvi. Obsah betakarot\u00e9nu neutralizuje vo\u013en\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly. Zelerov\u00e9 hranol\u010deky maj\u00fa \u010distiace \u00fa\u010dinky na pe\u010de\u0148 a odstra\u0148uj\u00fa niektor\u00e9 druhy ekz\u00e9mov. Priazniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky zelerov\u00fdch hranol\u010dekov s\u00fa dan\u00e9 t\u00fdm, \u017ee zeler obsahuje vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 mno\u017estvo drasl\u00edka, sod\u00edka, v\u00e1pnika, hor\u010d\u00edka, \u017eeleza, zinku a medi. Z vitam\u00ednov je to hlavne vitam\u00edn C.<\/p>\n<p>Zdrojom v\u00fdraznej zelerovej v\u00f4ne je ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo \u00e9terick\u00fdch olejov, ktor\u00e9 p\u00f4sobia aj antibakteri\u00e1lne a antimykoticky v tr\u00e1viacom \u00fastrojenstve, a s\u00fa tie\u017e dezinfekciou mo\u010dov\u00fdch ciest \u2013 zeler je pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 diuretikum (aj v\u010faka obsahu vy\u0161\u0161ie spom\u00ednan\u00fdch miner\u00e1lov). Rovnako zni\u017euje krvn\u00fd tlak.
