Moja celkov\u00e1 \u00fanava je pre\u010d a m\u00e1m dostatok energie. Prestala som medzi jedlami \u201emlsa\u0165\u201c a v\u00f4bec nem\u00e1m chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9 tak, ako predt\u00fdm&#8230;\u201c<\/em><\/p><p>Tak\u017ee mami\u010dky:<\/p><p><strong>Die\u0165atko nebude ma\u0165 nafuknut\u00e9 bru\u0161ko<\/strong> ani po tak\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, ak\u00fdmi s\u00fa strukoviny, brokolica \u010di in\u00e9 &#8220;stra\u0161iaky&#8221;, pokia\u013e budete ma\u0165 spr\u00e1vnu mikrofl\u00f3ru vo va\u0161om tr\u00e1viacom trakte.
