D\u00edky \u00faprav\u011b vlastn\u00edho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku a zm\u011bn\u011b ur\u010dit\u00fdch my\u0161lenkov\u00fdch vzorc\u016f jsem p\u0159ekonala z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a vyhnula se celo\u017eivotn\u00edmu u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f93be3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f93be3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Po letech sledov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed projevili z\u00e1jem o zm\u011bnu j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, jsem v roce 2007 sestavila jedine\u010dn\u00fd stravovac\u00ed program, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011blu z\u016fstat vit\u00e1ln\u00ed a \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e9. P\u0159etvo\u0159en\u00edm \u201eb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch\u201c j\u00eddel tak, aby v\u00e1m pom\u00e1hala a z\u00e1rove\u0148 byla chutn\u00e1 a syt\u00e1, jsem vytvo\u0159ila syst\u00e9m zdrav\u00fdch pokrm\u016f na ka\u017ed\u00fd den, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou pomoci s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi civiliza\u010dn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my (obezita, cukrovka, cholesterol, tlak, celiakie a prakticky v\u0161echny idiopatick\u00e9 nemoci). Recepty tvo\u0159\u00edm tak, aby vypadaly i chutnaly jako b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 j\u00eddla, ale jejich \u00fa\u010dinek na na\u0161e t\u011blo a zdrav\u00ed byl pozitivn\u00ed, na rozd\u00edl od t\u011bch \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00edch\u201c.<\/p><p>M\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je zalo\u017een\u00e9 na v\u00fdb\u011bru vhodn\u00fdch potravin a jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m kombinov\u00e1n\u00ed v receptech, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b s pomoc\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f nezaberou mnoho \u010dasu, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159inesou po\u017eadovan\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed i vzhled.\u00a0<\/p><p>Doporu\u010duji n\u00e1vrat k dom\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b j\u00eddel, k p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b pokrm\u016f z prvotn\u00edch surovin a nahrazov\u00e1n\u00ed nezdrav\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad bylinkami, ko\u0159en\u00edm, sol\u00ed a zdrav\u00fdmi tuky.<\/p><p>Trvalou zm\u011bnou stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f (a ne jen stresov\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bla r\u016fzn\u00fdmi dietami) pom\u00e1h\u00e1m lidem o\u010distit organismus, pos\u00edlit zdrav\u00ed a dos\u00e1hnout dlouhodob\u00e9ho \u00fabytku hmotnosti a objem\u016f. A vyplatilo se. Po roce zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdch n\u00e1vyk\u016f jsem si natolik zlep\u0161ila zdravotn\u00ed stav, \u017ee <strong>u\u017e roky nepot\u0159ebuji \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 l\u00e9ky<\/strong>. N\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho stavu u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011b oslovili a po\u017e\u00e1dali o pomoc p\u0159i sestaven\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, m\u011b inspirovalo k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed<strong> 28denn\u00edho stravovac\u00edho programu<\/strong>, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 doplnit alkalick\u00e9 rezervy organismu.<\/p><p>Stav vnit\u0159n\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00fdch mez\u00edch, kter\u00e9 mu umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed bezprobl\u00e9mov\u011b fungovat, tedy homeost\u00e1za, se nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed automaticky. <strong>Je to v\u00fdsledek na\u0161ich v\u011bdom\u00fdch voleb <\/strong>\u2013 toho, co konzumujeme, jak konzumujeme a kde konzumujeme. Tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eijeme, a na zp\u016fsobu na\u0161eho my\u0161len\u00ed. Od rovnov\u00e1hy vnit\u0159n\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed kvalita na\u0161eho zdrav\u00ed i to, jak vypad\u00e1me. N\u011bkter\u00e9 prom\u011bnn\u00e9 nelze zm\u011bnit ihned \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad stav p\u016fdy nebo \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, co\u017e jsou dlouhodob\u00e9 procesy v rukou kompetentn\u00edch. <strong>Je ale nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010das pracovat na zm\u011bn\u011b k lep\u0161\u00edmu<\/strong>, a to za\u010d\u00edt od sebe. Co m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat okam\u017eit\u011b, je v\u011bdom\u011b vyb\u00edrat a p\u0159ipravovat stravu. Slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje m\u016f\u017eeme hned nahradit vodou, z\u00e1kladem pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu. Postupn\u011b tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme eliminovat situace a lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1m zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed smutek a stres. <strong>V\u00fdsledky<\/strong> tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu jsou viditeln\u00e9 a zejm\u00e9na citeln\u00e9 v <strong>relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b.<\/strong><\/p><p>Sv\u00e9 recepty tvo\u0159\u00edm tak, aby vypadaly jako b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, chutnaly jako b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, ale aby jejich \u00fa\u010dinek, na rozd\u00edl od \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00edch\u201c pokrm\u016f, byl pro t\u011blo prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd. Pokud je norma to, co se b\u011b\u017en\u011b konzumuje v dom\u00e1cnostech, \u0161kolk\u00e1ch, \u0161kol\u00e1ch nebo restaurac\u00edch, pak jsme populace \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u011b\u201c nemocn\u00fdch lid\u00ed, jejich\u017e cesta k uzdraven\u00ed vede p\u0159es l\u00e9ky a l\u00e9ka\u0159e. Ano, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka \u017eivota se sice prodlu\u017euje, ale v jak\u00e9 kvalit\u011b? <strong>Zru\u0161me normy a nahra\u010fme b\u011b\u017enou \u201enorm\u00e1lnost\u201c ORIGINALITOU.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Pro p\u0159\u00edpravu recept\u016f pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b produkty z na\u0161eho p\u00e1sma. Doporu\u010duji n\u00e1vrat k dom\u00e1c\u00ed kuchyni a p\u0159\u00edpravu j\u00eddel z prvotn\u00edch surovin. Um\u011bl\u00e1 dochucovadla nahrazuji him\u00e1lajskou sol\u00ed, drcen\u00fdm \u010dern\u00fdm pep\u0159em, ob\u010das chilli papri\u010dkami nebo kurkumou. Nebr\u00e1n\u00edm se p\u00f3rku, cibuli, \u010desneku ani pou\u017eit\u00ed bylinek a zelen\u00fdch nat\u00ed. Vyh\u00fdb\u00e1m se aspartamu, glutam\u00e1tu a pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdm potravin\u00e1m.<\/strong><\/p><p>V\u00edm z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti i praxe s lidmi, \u017ee postupnou zm\u011bnou a \u00fapravou j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku p\u0159estali dokonce reagovat i na lepek a lakt\u00f3zu. <strong>V\u00edce informac\u00ed najdete v m\u00fdch knih\u00e1ch<\/strong> pod spole\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem <strong>NAJEZTE SE DO \u0160T\u00cdHLOSTI 1, 2 a 3<\/strong>, v \u010cesku vydan\u00fdch jako <strong>ZHUBN\u011aTE JEDNOU PROV\u017dDY 1, 2 a 3<\/strong> (anotace naleznete v sekci KNIHY). N\u00e1zev knih sice vzbuzuje dojem, \u017ee jsou ur\u010den\u00e9 jen t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed zhubnout, ale kdy\u017e jsem kdysi lidem \u0159\u00edkala, \u017ee jim mohu sestavit j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd je vyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, nejevili velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Jakmile v\u0161ak zazn\u011blo slov\u00ed\u010dko \u201ezhubne\u0161\u201c, okam\u017eit\u011b se jim rozz\u00e1\u0159ily o\u010di. A tak jsme to pojali opa\u010dn\u011b. Po prvotn\u00edm \u00fabytku hmotnosti v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed za\u010dne pozorovat zm\u011bny i v kvalit\u011b sv\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed. Je to mo\u017en\u00e1 trochu pom\u00fdlen\u00fd \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dek hodnot, ale co u\u017e. I na tom se d\u00e1 pracovat \u2013 pokud opravdu chceme.<\/p><p>Zdravotn\u00ed stav a vzhled se uprav\u00ed pouze<strong> trvalou zm\u011bnou stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f.<\/strong> Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu, pravideln\u00fdm pohybem, spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm, pravidelnou konzumac\u00ed ovoce a zeleniny a za\u0159azen\u00edm jednoho \u201ep\u016fstn\u00edho dne\u201c v t\u00fddnu. Pouze touto cestou lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat dlouhodob\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kvality zdrav\u00ed, vitality, energie a stabiln\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed konfek\u010dn\u00ed velikosti. Ne stresov\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bla r\u016fzn\u00fdmi <strong>dietami<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou naru\u0161uj\u00ed ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 alkalick\u00e9 rezervy. Na t\u00e9ma zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivota, kter\u00fd za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v \u00farodn\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b a \u010derstv\u00e9, dom\u00e1c\u00ed kuchyni, po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1m besedy, kurzy i pobyty u mo\u0159e.
